Text

Any rule, regulation, resolution or ordinance inconsistent with this act or establishing a fee in excess of the fee permitted by section 2 of P.L.1963, c. 73 (C. 47:1A-2) is superseded insofar as it is inconsistent or to the extent that it exceeds the fee so established. L.1979, c. 412, s. 2, eff. Feb. 8, 1980.
