Text

1.As used in this act: a. "Private road open to the public" means a private road leading from an establishment open to the public including but not limited to a shopping center, restaurant, movie theater or arena.
b."Public-private intersection" means the intersection of a private road open to the public with a highway. L.1991,c.298,s.1.
