Text
Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this act shall, upon conviction, suffer and pay a penalty not exceeding fifty dollars ($50.00), or suffer imprisonment for a term not exceeding thirty days, or by both such fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the magistrate before whom such conviction is had. L.1952, c. 343, p. 1123, s. 2.
