Text
Agreements, arrangements or declarations made under the authority of this act may include provisions authorizing the director to suspend or cancel the exemptions, benefits, or privileges granted thereunder to a person who violates any of the conditions or terms of such agreements, arrangements or declarations or who violates the laws of this State relating to motor vehicles, or regulations lawfully promulgated thereunder. L.1969, c. 119, s. 12, eff. July 1, 1969.
