§ 39:3-4d — "Geographical district" defined
New Jersey·Title 39 MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC REGULATION
"Geographical district" shall be defined as within a 5 mile radius of a motor vehicle agency or agent designated pursuant to section 39:3-3 of the Revised Statutes. L.1969, c. 301, s. 3.
