Upon revocation or expiration of the amateur radio station license the motor vehicle registrant within 15 days after said revocation or expiration shall notify the director thereof. The director shall issue new registration and registration plates in lieu of such amateur radio call letter registration plates and shall charge the usual fee for the issuance of lost registration plates. If the holder of such amateur radio station call letter registration plates shall fail to notify the director as set forth herein, the director may revoke said motor vehicle registration. L.1968, c. 247, s. 3, eff. July 1, 1968.
