Text
2.The director shall, upon proper application therefor, issue United States Olympic license plates, for any motor vehicle owned or leased and registered in the State. In addition to the registration number and other markings or identification otherwise prescribed by law, a United States Olympic license plate shall display the official United States Olympic Committee logo and wording which indicates support for the advancement of excellence in amateur athletic competition in this State. The wording, design and color scheme of the plate shall be chosen by the director. L.1995,c.176,s.2.
