1.As used in this act: "Director" means the Director of the Division of Motor Vehicles in the Department of Law and Public Safety; "Division" means the Division of Motor Vehicles in the Department of Law and Public Safety; "Fund" means the fund created pursuant to section 4 of this act. L.1995,c.176,s.1.
