Text
The director shall have the right to suspend approval of any organization granted permission to obtain special organization vehicle registration plates on behalf of its members if the organization: a. No longer qualifies according to the provisions of this act; or b. Has perpetrated a fraud against the Division of Motor Vehicles in obtaining special plates for its members. L. 1987,c.374, s.4.
