4.The fee for a digitized photograph shall be $6 for each license, renewal, or duplicate thereof, and shall be in addition to the fee presently authorized for the issuance of a driver's license pursuant to R.S.39:3-10. L.2001, c.391, s.4; amended 2019, c.271, s.11.
