120.All monies paid to the commission pursuant to section 1 of P.L.1952, c.176 (C.39:6-58) are revenues of the commission and shall not be subject to the calculation of proportional revenues remitted to the commission pursuant to section 105 of P.L.2003, c.13 (C.39:2A-36). L.2003,c.13,s.120.
