§ 39:2A-3 — Definitions relative to New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission.

3.As used in this act: "Agency" or "motor vehicle agency" means that enterprise run by an agent designated by the commission to be the commission's agent for the registering of motor vehicles, issuing registration certificates and licensing of drivers, as provided in R.S.39:3-3 and R.S.39:10-25. "Agent" or "Motor Vehicle Agent" means a person designated as agent in R.S.39:3-3 and R.S.39:10-25. "Board" means the board established by section 12 of P.L.2003, c.13 (C.39:2A-12). "Chair" means the chair of the board. "Chief Administrator" or "administrator" means the chief administrator of the commission. "Commission" means the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission established and created by section 4 of P.L.2003, c.13 (C.39:2A-4). "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Transportation of this S
