24.As the commission is a State agency, all absolute and qualified immunities and defenses provided to public entities and public employees by the "New Jersey Tort Claims Act," P.L.1972, c.45 (N.J.S.59:1-1 et seq.), the "New Jersey Contractual Liability Act," P.L.1972, c.45 (N.J.S.59:13-1 et seq.), and any other law shall apply to all interests held and activities performed by the commission and its employees pursuant to this act. L.2003,c.13,s.24.
