§ 39:6-73 — $500 exclusion.
New Jersey·Title 39 MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC REGULATION
13.Except with respect to medical expense benefits paid pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1977, c.310 (C.39:6-73.1), no order shall be made for the payment and the association shall make no payment, out of the fund, of (a) Any claim for damage to property for less than $500.00, (b) The first $500.00 of any judgment for damage to property or of the unsatisfied portion thereof, or (c) The unsatisfied portion of any judgment which, after deducting $500.00 therefrom if the judgment is for damage to property, exceeds (1) the maximum or limit of $15,000.00, exclusive of interest and costs, on account of injury to, or death of, one person in any one accident, and (2) the maximum amount or limit, subject to such limit for any one person so injured or killed, of $30,000.00, exclusive of interest and co
