Text
Any person who is guilty of a violation of section 1 of this act shall be subject to a fine of $50.00 for each violation. Any person who is guilty of a violation of section 2 of this act shall be subject to a fine of $50.00 and, in the discretion of the Director of the Division of Motor Vehicles, to suspension or revocation of his driving privileges in accordance with the procedures prescribed by R.S. 39:5-30. L.1970, c. 195, s. 5, eff. Sept. 4, 1970.
