§ 39:2A-1 — Short title.
New Jersey·Title 39 MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC REGULATION
1.Sections 1 through 30, 32 through 35, 40, 41, 105, 109, 110 and 120 through 123 of this act shall be known and may be cited as "The Motor Vehicle Security and Customer Service Act." L.2003,c.13,s.1.
