§ 39:13-3 — Investigation of violations
New Jersey·Title 39 MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC REGULATION
The director shall, on his own initiative or in response to complaints, investigate on a continuing basis and gather evidence of violations of this act and of any regulation adopted pursuant to this act by auto body repair facilities. L. 1983, c. 360, s.
