2.The Governor and the Legislature hereby pay tribute and commend school psychologists for their tireless efforts and demonstrated concern and compassion on behalf of students, parents and teachers and call upon the citizenry of New Jersey to participate fittingly in the observance of "School Psychologists Month." L.2003,J.R.1,s.2.
