1.The third Friday in September of each year shall be designated as "New Jersey P.O.W.-M.I.A. Recognition Day" in recognition of the sacrifices of the citizens of this State and of our Nation who were captured by the enemy or are missing in action. L.1984,c.83,s.1; amended 1999, c.123, s.2.
