The Governor is requested to issue a proclamation proclaiming the aforesaid designation and with the Legislature to call upon all citizens of the State, all educational institutions and all other public and private agencies and organizations to celebrate Women's History Week by appropriate observances. L.1982, c. 11, s. 2, eff. March 19, 1982.
