§ 36:2-434 — Annual proclamation.

2.The Governor of the State is respectfully requested to annually issue a proclamation recognizing April 16 as "Upcycling Day" in New Jersey, and calling upon public officials and citizens of this State to observe the day with appropriate activities and programs. L.2023, JR 4, s.2.
