§ 36:2-21 — Gubernatorial proclamation

2.The Governor shall issue annually a proclamation designating this day as "Korean War Veterans' Day" and with the Legislature call upon the citizens of this State to recognize this day with appropriate observances. L.1991,c.221,s.2.
