May 7th of each year shall be designated as "Vietnam Veterans' Remembrance Day" in the State of New Jersey to honor those veterans who served in Vietnam with valor and to remember the heroic men and women from this State who lost their lives in the service of their country. L.1991,c.100,s.1.
