New Jersey·Title 36 LEGAL HOLIDAYS
It is declared that the second Saturday preceding the last Monday in May, known as Memorial Day, shall be New Jersey Shore Celebration Day, to be annually observed with appropriate festivities by the people. L.1990,JR 2,s.1.
