§ 36:2-140 — Annual celebration.

2.The Governor shall annually issue a proclamation establishing October 2 of each year as "Firefighter Recognition Day" and, with the Legislature, call upon all citizens of the State to celebrate this day with appropriate activities and programs. L.2009, J.R.9, s.2.
