New Jersey·Title 34 LABOR AND WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION
11.Nothing in this act shall exempt an employee leasing company or any employee thereof from compliance with the provisions of P.L.1987, c.293 (C.17:22A-1 et seq.) if its activities fall within the scope of that act or any regulation promulgated pursuant to that act. L.2001,c.260,s.11.
