§ 34:8-62 — Director to recover attorneys' fees and costs
New Jersey·Title 34 LABOR AND WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION
In any action or proceeding brought under this act the director may recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs of investigation and suit. L.1989, c.331, s.21.
