28.The center shall be managed by a Steering Committee comprised of the Commissioners of Community Affairs, Education, Health and Senior Services, Human Services, and Labor and Workforce Development; the Executive Directors of the Commission on Higher Education, the State Employment and Training Commission; the Executive Director of the New Jersey Commerce Commission; the Director of the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services; a director or member of a Workforce Investment Board as designated by the Executive Director of the State Employment and Training Commission; and a One-Stop Career Center operator as designated by the Commissioner of Labor and Workforce Development.
