§ 34:1A-49 — Transfer of functions, power and duties of office of tourism and promotion to division of travel and tourism

New Jersey·Title 34 LABOR AND WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION

All the functions, powers, and duties of the Office of Tourism and Promotion in the Division of Economic Development in the Department of Labor and Industry are transferred to the Division of Travel and Tourism established hereunder. L.1977, c. 225, s. 5.
