§ 34:1A-42 — Limitation

New Jersey·Title 34 LABOR AND WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION

The provisions of this act shall apply to a person, firm, corporation or craft only after such person, firm, corporation or craft has voluntarily elected to conform with its provisions. L.1953, c. 198, p. 1505, s. 7.
