Subject to the provisions of this act: Whenever the term "Commissioner of Labor" occurs or any reference is made thereto in any law, contract or document, the same shall be deemed to mean or refer to the Commissioner of Labor and Industry designated as the head of the Department of Labor and Industry established hereunder. Whenever the term "Unemployment Compensation Commission" occurs or any reference is made thereto in any law, contract or document, the same shall be deemed to mean or refer to the Commissioner of Labor and Industry designated as the head of the Department of Labor and Industry established hereunder. Whenever the term "workmen's compensation bureau" occurs or any reference is made thereto in any law, contract or document, the same shall be deemed to mean or refer to the Division of Workmen's Compensation established hereunder. Whenever the term "secretary of the workmen's compensation bureau" occurs or any reference is made thereto in any law, contract or document, the same shall be deemed to mean or refer to the secretary of the Division of Workmen's Compensation established hereunder. Whenever the term "division of migrant labor in the department of labor" occurs or any reference is made thereto in any law, contract or document, the same shall be deemed to mean or refer to the Bureau of Migrant Labor in the Division of Labor established hereunder. Whenever the term "Executive Director of the Unemployment Compensation Commission" occurs or any reference is made thereto in any law, contract or document, the same shall be deemed to mean or refer to the director of the Division of Employment Security established hereunder. Whenever the term "New Jersey State Employment Service Division" occurs or any reference is made thereto in any law, contract or document, the same shall be deemed to mean or refer to the New Jersey State Employment Service Bureau in the Division of Employment Security established hereunder. Whenever the term "board of review" occurs or any reference is made thereto in the unemployment compensation law, the same shall be deemed to mean or refer to the Board of Review in the Division of Employment Security established hereunder. Whenever the term "appeal tribunal" occurs or any reference is made thereto in the unemployment compensation law, the same shall be deemed to mean or refer to an appeal tribunal in the Division of Employment Security established hereunder.
