§ 34:1A-32 — Definition of terms referred to in laws, contracts or documents

New Jersey·Title 34 LABOR AND WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION
Subject to the provisions of this act: Whenever the term "Commissioner of Labor" occurs or any reference is made thereto in any law, contract or document, the same shall be deemed to mean or refer to the Commissioner of Labor and Industry designated as the head of the Department of Labor and Industry established hereunder. Whenever the term "Unemployment Compensation Commission" occurs or any reference is made thereto in any law, contract or document, the same shall be deemed to mean or refer to the Commissioner of Labor and Industry designated as the head of the Department of Labor and Industry established hereunder.
