§ 34:1A-24 — Directors of divisions; unclassified service of civil service; removal; vacancies

New Jersey·Title 34 LABOR AND WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION
The director of each division in the Department of Labor and Industry shall be in the unclassified service of the civil service of the State. Any such director may be removed from office by the Governor, for cause, upon notice and opportunity to be heard. Any vacancy occurring in the office of director of any division in the department shall be filled in the same manner as the original appointment. L.1948, c. 446, p. 1772, s. 24.
