2.Such order shall by its terms discharge the employer from any and all claims, demands or liabilities whatsoever for or on account of such an award or the claim or claims upon which it is based and shall substitute such third party as the respondent, obligor and debtor of and on account of such award, the claim or claims upon which it is based and any and all claims, demands or liabilities whatsoever arising therefrom. The employee or the dependents of the employee or the personal representatives thereof shall have no further recourse whatsoever against such employer, but shall have and retain all their rights against such third party as though he were the employer against whom the award was originally entered.
