§ 34:15-69 — Copy of judgment to be filed with director
New Jersey·Title 34 LABOR AND WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION
Whenever any judgment is entered in the Appellate Division of the Superior Court upon any matter arising under the provisions of this chapter the clerk of the Appellate Division of the Superior Court shall forthwith forward to the director a copy of the judgment, which need not be certified and for which no charge shall be made. Amended by L.1953, c. 33, p. 599, s. 60; L.1971, c. 463, s. 3, eff. March 2, 1972.
