Text

Any referee designated as a "referee, formal hearings," shall have the same power as a deputy director in respect to the dismissal of formal petitions for want of prosecution and reinstatement thereof in accordance with the provisions of section 34:15-54 of the Revised Statutes, and the approval of discontinuances of formal petitions. L.1952, c. 269, p. 921, s. 7.
