34:15-45. In any case where a person under the age of twenty-one years shall be entitled to receive any compensation or distributive share under this chapter any duly authorized guardian of the person and property of such person appointed by the surrogate or by the Superior Court, shall be authorized and empowered to act for such person to the same extent as a duly appointed guardian ad litem appointed by any court of this State and shall have the right and authority to compromise and make composition in behalf of such person of any disputed claim for compensation arising under this chapter; provided the terms of such compromise or composition shall be approved by an order of the Division of Workers' Compensation upon presentation of the facts and terms thereof to the division, before the
