New Jersey·Title 34 LABOR AND WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION
14.The provisions of R.S.34:15-1 et seq. shall apply to the provision of workers' compensation insurance under this act in all respects, except as otherwise specifically provided herein. L.1995,c.329,s.14.
