§ 34:11-56a3 — Employment at unreasonable wage declared contrary to public policy; contract or agreement void

New Jersey·Title 34 LABOR AND WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION
The employment of an employee in any occupation in this State at an oppressive and unreasonable wage is hereby declared to be contrary to public policy and any contract, agreement or understanding for or in relation to such employment shall be void. L.1966, c. 113, s. 4.
