§ 34:11-56a15 — Acceptance or rejection of report by commissioner
New Jersey·Title 34 LABOR AND WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION
On submission of the report of a wage board the commissioner shall within 10 days confer with the director and accept or reject the report. If he rejects the report, he shall resubmit the matter to the same wage board or to a new wage board with a statement of his reasons for the rejection. If he accepts the report, it shall be published within 30 days together with such proposed administrative regulations as the commissioner after conferring with the director may deem appropriate to supplement the report of the wage board and to safeguard the minimum fair wage standards to be established.
