Text
The bureau of employment shall investigate unemployment conditions affecting soldiers and sailors of the United States after their discharge from service, collect and compile data as to opportunities for employment and formulate plans for placing such soldiers and sailors desiring employment in suitable positions. The bureau may act as agent of the federal government and its agencies in the placing of soldiers and sailors in suitable and available employments.
