The bureau of employment of the New Jersey department of labor is hereby designated as the state agency which shall co-operate with the employment service of the United States department of labor as provided by act of congress approved June sixth, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, entitled "An act to provide for the establishment of a national employment system and for co-operation with the states in the promotion of such system, and for other purposes," which act is hereby accepted by the state of New Jersey. The bureau of employment is empowered and directed to do all that may be required to secure for this state the benefits of the appropriations under said act of congress for each and every purpose specified therein.
