§ 34:1-47 — Board of boiler, pressure vessel and refrigeration rules; composition; rules and regulations
New Jersey·Title 34 LABOR AND WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION
The Governor shall appoint 6 citizens of this State, 2 of whom shall be professional engineers licensed by this State, and who shall represent the following interests: one manufacturer of boilers, pressure vessels or refrigeration equipment; one authorized insurer of boilers, pressure vessels and refrigeration equipment in this State; one operator of boiler, pressure vessels or refrigeration equipment in this State and licensed by the Mechanical Inspection Bureau; 2 users of boilers, pressure vessels or refrigeration equipment in this State, and one resident of this State representing the general public. All of these appointees shall serve at the pleasure of the Governor, and together with the commissioner and the examining board in the mechanical inspection bureau shall constitute a board
