§ 34:15-92 — Domestic help excepted
New Jersey·Title 34 LABOR AND WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION
34:15-92. Employers of domestic workers and every stock company or mutual association affording insurance for the liability of such employers by reason of that employment shall be exempted from the provisions of R.S. 34:15-80 and R.S. 34:15-81, but employers of domestic workers are required to provide written notice of insurance coverage and cancellation of a policy.
