§ 34:15-4 — Death of employee
New Jersey·Title 34 LABOR AND WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION
The provisions of this article shall apply to any claim for the death of an employee arising under sections 2A:31-1 to 2A:31-6 of the New Jersey Statutes. Amended by L.1953, c. 33, p. 594, s. 49.
