6.Any person denied any right granted by sections 3 or 4 of this act may appeal the denial to the Superior Court of New Jersey, the Court of Common Pleas of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, or any court of competent jurisdiction within one year of the date that the cause of action arises. L.1994,c.178,s.6.
