§ 32:8-19 — Congressional consent
New Jersey·Title 32 INTERSTATE AND PORT AUTHORITIES AND COMMISSIONS
The Governor is authorized to apply, on behalf of the State of New Jersey, to the Congress of the United States for its consent and approval to such supplemental compact or agreement. L. 1985, c. 342, s. 3, eff. Oct. 21, 1985, operative Oct. 21, 1985.
