Except where specifically amended or repealed by this act the provisions of the agreement authorized by chapter three hundred ninety-one of the laws of New Jersey, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, approved June thirtieth, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one (P.L.1931, c. 391) are maintained in full force and effect. L.1951, c. 288, p. 1062, s. 8.
