The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission is hereby created as a body politic and corporate, with succession for the duration of this compact, as an agency and instrumentality of the governments of the respective signatory parties. L.1966, c. 149, Pt. I, Art. II, s. 1, eff. June 18, 1966.
