Text
The Bureau of Public Roads, United States Department of Transportation, and the Department of Housing and Urban Development, may each appoint not more than 3 representatives to the commission who shall have no right to vote in any matter and may have such representation on the executive committee and other committees as the commission shall determine. The 2 Federal agencies shall be entitled to the regular communications of the commission and the committees on which they are represented as fully as are voting members. The commission shall comply with all lawful and proper requirements of the Federal agencies, and shall co-operate with State and local agencies in meeting such Federal requirements.
