§ 32:1-43 — Interpretation
New Jersey·Title 32 INTERSTATE AND PORT AUTHORITIES AND COMMISSIONS
Any powers herein granted to the port authority shall be regarded as in aid of and supplemental to and in no case as a limitation upon any of the powers vested in it by the states of New Jersey and New York and/or by congress. L.1924, c. 125, s. 15, p. 241 (1924 Suppl. s. 161-40).
